I adopted this snack idea from someone and really loved it and added my own spin on it. It’s perfect if you are low in protein and cant go carb crazy.
- 1 serving of arctic zero ice cream
- 1 scoop of protein of choice ( chocolate flavors work better)
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter ( if you can afford it)
- Fat free whipped cream (because why not ) 😄
So what I do is put the arctic zero in the microwave for 20 seconds because it is very hard when it comes out of the freezer. Then I weigh out 60g and set it aside.
Then put the peanut butter in the microwave for 20 seconds to melt it down.
Take your protein in a separate bowl and add a small amount water until it is a fudge consistency.
Add the ice cream, put the protein on top like fudge, drizzle the peanut butter on top, add the whipped cream.
Voila ! It’s delicious 😋
** I play around with this depending on what macros I have left at night. I may not be able to have peanut butter and have to use a peanut butter powder. Or I may only be able to use a half a scoop of protein. Any way you do it you can still use up some macros and have a delicious snack that feels like a cheat snack!
